Pricing

Built to pay for itself — priced for your firm.

We price per user, per month, and tailor the quote to your firm's size, integrations, and security requirements. That's how the rest of the legal-tech category does it — and it's how you'll get the plan that actually fits, not a list price pretending to. Tell us about your firm and we'll send a tailored quote within one business day.

Pricing FAQ

Questions about plans & billing.

Honestly — because a list price is almost always wrong for a specific firm. Two firms with the same head-count can need very different packages: different integrations, security-review depth, implementation scope, and term length all move the number materially. A tailored quote reflects what you'll actually pay, not a headline figure you'd have to re-negotiate anyway. It's the standard approach for enterprise legal tech — and it's how you'll get the plan that actually fits.
One business day for most inquiries. For firms that need procurement documents (DPA, security questionnaire) included with the quote, it's typically three to five business days.
Annual is the default and the best value. Monthly is available at a premium. Multi-year commitments further reduce the effective per-user price.
Yes — paid 30-day pilots with 10–20 users are the standard on-ramp for Firm and Enterprise prospects. Pilot fees credit fully against a signed annual contract. Our founding design-partner cohort receives especially favorable pilot economics.
Integration setup, matter-data import, user provisioning, an onboarding session for every timekeeper, and a dedicated implementation lead. For Firm and Enterprise annual contracts, implementation is included at no additional cost. Founding-partner implementations are white-glove and included regardless of tier.
Seats add at prorated rates during the term. Seat removals credit toward your next renewal. Annual contracts include a reasonable seat-reduction allowance at no penalty.
Credit card, ACH, wire transfer, and standard firm purchase orders. Enterprise plans support procurement integrations (Ariba, Coupa) on request.

Built to pay for itself.

Most firms' annual contract value is a single-digit percentage of the billable revenue they recover in the first year. Your quote will include a modeled ROI based on your firm's size, rates, and current capture discipline — so you can see the math before you decide.
